How to manually add your ACH info when your bank isn't found

At Teero, we're all about giving you options. While we recommend ACH bank transfers for fee-free payments, we know sometimes you need to add your info manually. Here's how to do it:

When to Manually Add ACH Info

  • Your bank doesn't appear in our search

  • You prefer to enter details yourself

Steps to Manually Add ACH Info

  1. Go to the billing page on the Teero platform

  2. Click "add payment method" and select "ACH bank transfer"

  3. Choose "Manually add bank account details" at the bottom of the pop up

  4. Enter your routing number and account number

  5. Submit the information

Verification Process

  1. Your bank receives a 1-cent transaction

  2. Check your bank statement or online banking

  3. Look for a 6-digit code in the transaction description

  4. Enter this code on the Teero billing page

Note: The code may take 1-2 business days to appear.

You're All Set!

Once verified, your ACH payment method is ready to use.
