How can I add or change a payment method

At Teero, we've made managing your payment methods as simple as possible. Here's how to add or change your payment method:

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Log into your Teero account

  2. Click on "Billing" at the top of the screen

  3. On the billing dashboard:

    • Enter a contact email for billing related notifications

    • Click "Add Payment Method"

  4. Choose between:

    • ACH Direct Debit (free of charge)

    • Credit Card (3% fee applies)

For ACH:

  • Search for your bank OR manually enter account details

For Credit Card:

  • Enter your card details

Changing Your Payment Method

  1. Add a new payment method following the steps above

  2. Once added, delete the original payment method

Note: You must add a second payment method before you can remove the original method.

Important Notes

  • A payment method is required before your first shift

  • Billing occurs after shift completion

  • View billing history and download invoices anytime on the platform
