How can I add or change a payment method
At Teero, we've made managing your payment methods as simple as possible. Here's how to add or change your payment method:
Adding a Payment Method
Log into your Teero account
Click on "Billing" at the top of the screen
On the billing dashboard:
Enter a contact email for billing related notifications
Click "Add Payment Method"
Choose between:
ACH Direct Debit (free of charge)
Credit Card (3% fee applies)
For ACH:
Search for your bank OR manually enter account details
For Credit Card:
Enter your card details
Changing Your Payment Method
Add a new payment method following the steps above
Once added, delete the original payment method
Note: You must add a second payment method before you can remove the original method.
Important Notes
A payment method is required before your first shift
Billing occurs after shift completion
View billing history and download invoices anytime on the platform
