Cancelling a shift within 24 hours

Sometimes plans change. Here's how to cancel a shift and what to expect:

You can cancel a shift up to 24 hours before it starts. But heads up – there's a 4-hour minimum payment for any cancellations within this window. This goes to the hygienist to ensure their time is respected.

1. Log in to your Teero account

2. Find the shift on your calendar

3. Click the shift to open details

4. Hit the "Cancel Shift" button

5. Type a reason for the cancellation

6. Type the word "cancel" into the box

7. Press the cancel shift button

You'll find the invoice for the cancelled shift in the billing section of your Teero dashboard.
